Love all these mise en place products! Very high quality.
The semi tray fits two across (in place of the larger tray) and allows for smaller portions of ingredients. I use my tray for pizza making and its flexibility is key for smaller portions!
Purchased the 5 compartment yakumi tray and felt I needed to purchase these smaller ones as well. It's the perfect size for products that don't need that full size compartment like my brunoise shallots and chopped dill. This makes it easier to fit more product in one tray! Thinking I might need more of these in the future. Awesome stuff right here.
