Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery as long as the returned items are in their original condition and original packaging. Refund, exchange or store credit amounts will be for the purchase price of the item(s) only. State taxes will be credited where applicable and shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Please contact us at info@chuboknives.com before shipping a return so that we can issue a return authorization number and instructions on how and where to ship the item.

Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization number.  Placing an order indicates your acceptance of our return policy.

At Chubo, we check all merchandise carefully before shipping. In the event that an item is damaged in transit or is defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery of the item. Please contact us at info@chuboknives.com and we will reply with return shipping instructions. Upon receipt of the item, your merchandise will be inspected and a refund or replacement will be issued.
